Die Services
Design & Build
- We provide full design and engineering services. We can take an idea, product drawing, or an actual container and create a complete tool design. The design process is done on the most current CAD software available including solid modeling.
Rapid Prototyping
- We can turn your concepts from solid model into rapid prototypes through 3D printing.
Repair & Maintenance
- Based on customer need, Foil Die will develop and schedule individualized maintenance programs. The standard maintenance program consists of the following: component inspection and replacement, cleaning, sharpening, and stone/polish.
- Additionally, Foil Die offers expedited repair to minimize customer downtime, as well as onsite evaluation of trouble dies.
Production Testing
- New products often require testing in a manufacturing environment to perfect the subtleties of design. FDI is capable of short manufacturing test-runs to help perfect new product design. Proving out both dies and peripheral equipment to be production ready before delivery.
Pickup & Delivery
- Foil Die can provide pickup/delivery of dies with our own truck; this provides safe transportation and a way to better control the timing of repairs.
